The SNOMED CT International General/Family Practice subset (GP/FP Subset) and map from the GP/FP Subset to the International Classification of Primary Care (ICPC-2). This is the baseline work release resulting from the harmonization agreement between the IHTSDO and WONCA.

Notes: This download is an addendum and can be imported alongside the July 2014 SNOMED CT International Edition. The release contains SNOMED CT medical devices content derived from the GMDN database as of July 31, 2014. No historical records have been retained from Technology Previews.
International Release, July 2014
The International Release is updated each year in January and July. The download contains SNOMED CT files in both Release Format 1 (RF1) and the new Release Format 2 (RF2) versions. See the next section for RF2 to RF1 compatibility tools.
