Candidate Baseline of SNOMED CT and ICNP Cooperative Project, Feedback due by July 10, 2015

A Candidate Baseline of the International Classification for Nursing Practice (ICNP) and SNOMED CT Cooperative Project is now available. The release contains a bi-directional ICNP -- SNOMED CT nursing diagnoses (problems) equivalency table. This release should be evaluated in the context of the January 2015 SNOMED CT International Edition.
Currently the Candidate Baseline is distributed for evaluation purposes only and should not be used in production clinical systems or in the clinical setting.
The deadline for feedback is July 10, 2015 via the online feedback form.
Updated CORE Problem List Subset

The Clinical Observations Recording and Encoding (CORE) Problem List Subset has been updated and is now available for download. This subset is based on the January 2015 International Release of SNOMED CT and the 2015AA UMLS Release.
New CMT Subset Available

This problem list subset update includes concepts that Kaiser Permanente uses within Neurology Problem Lists. There are 1791 concepts in the file and includes mappings to ICD-9-CM and ICD-10-CM. SNOMED CT concepts are based on the January 2014 International Release.
2015AA UMLS Release

The 2015AA edition of the UMLS Knowledge Sources is available for download. For information about the release, see the What’s New section of the Release Documentation.
SNOMED CT: International Spanish Release, April 2015

The release contains Spanish translations of SNOMED CT International Release January 2015 descriptions and documentation in both RF1 and RF2 (Candidate Baseline Release) versions.
