The National Library of Medicine (NLM) Value Set Authority Center (VSAC) has updated VSAC with the most recent provisional terminology codes published by CPT®, LOINC®, and RxNorm, in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

These terminologies developed and published these codes to streamline the public health response to the SARS-CoV-2 virus and the COVID-19 disease, and they are based on the most up to date information available at the time of their creation.
