RxNorm Files

NEW: RxNorm Weekly Release Files from 11/25/2009.

The license agreement required for the RxNorm releases is available from: http://www.nlm.nih.gov/research/umls/license.html These RxNorm Release Files contain data consistent with the 2009AB UMLS Metathesaurus Release Files. This release contains updates to the following source:

• FDA Structured Product Labels from November 23, 2009

These files are in Rich Release Format (RRF) and do not require the use of the MetamorphoSys program provided with the UMLS Knowledge Sources Files. If you need assistance with these files, please send email to: custserv@nlm.nih.gov. Be sure to include your license number. Please read the README file for the release, which is contained in the release package dataset. See below to download the dataset.

• SNOMED Clinical Terms (drug information), SNOMED International from July 31, 2009
• Veterans Health Administration National Drug File from October 7, 2009
