The Digital Anatomist Project was developed and is maintained by the Structural Informatics Group at the University of Washington.
Digitial Anatomist is an information system used to represent anatomical structures in a comprehensive and consistent way.
Digital Anatomist consists of the Anatomy taxonomy component and selected structural relationships of the Foundational Model of Anatomy ontology (FMA), which serves as its knowledge base
