Resolving Common Errors

Error: “This catalog.nlm.nih.gov page can’t be found”.
Solution: Clear the cache and restart the browser.

Error: The LocatorPlus Catalog partially loads pages and appears to be stuck.
Solution: Reload the page.

Error: A search is returning nothing when there should be results.
Solution: Clear the cache of the browser and retry the search.
