(blank) Hierarchical relationships derived from the "NODEKEY" values in UMLS_MEDCIN_HIERARCHYyyyy-mm-dd.TXT. The final two-character token is removed from each concept's "NODEKEY" to produce the "NODEKEY" of the concept's parent. These two concepts are then linked by a pair of "PAR/CHD" relationships.
