This workshop is for those interested in microbial or pathogen research and who are new to or would like a more structured way to find relevant data on the NCBI website.

In this workshop you will learn how to:
  • Identify pathogens based on isolate sequences.
  • Find, view and download genomic sequences and annotation data.
  • Create and download customized bulk genomic datasets
  • Assess and access additional pathogen-specific data through taxonomy links.
