The Beth Israel On-line Medical Record (OMR) Clinical Problem List Vocabulary was developed by the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.
The problem list serves as a set of standard terms to represent and capture clinical data in electronic health records systems.
The problem list contains over 850 terms, approximately 200 related terms and synonyms, and nearly 200 term abbreviations.
Clinicians, nurses, social workers, and other health professionals use the problem list.
