Quick Medical Reference (QMR) was developed by Randolph A. Miller at the University of Pittsburgh in 1980. It was based upon the University of Pittsburgh’s INTERNIST-I patient diagnosis system.
QMR is used to help diagnose adult diseases by providing access to information about the most common diseases seen by internists, including medical histories, symptoms, physical signs, and laboratory test results.
QMR is an clinical diagnostic tool, which consists of descriptions of over 750 diseases.
QMR is used by physicians in hospital and office practices.
QMR was last updated in 2001. QMR is no longer being maintained or updated.
