What are the major points of the article?

What are the minor points of the article?

What is discussed as opposed to what is only mentioned?

What is the slant of the article? Is it:

• experimental?
• clinical?
• pediatric?
• geriatric?
• obstetric?
• veterinary?
• microbiological?
• endocrinological?
