Special Instructions
- Essays
- Use for collections of articles that have not been previously published, and that are identified by the author or editor as "essays.” Use Collected Works for collections of previously published articles
- Examination Questions
- Use for multiple choice and fill in the blank questions intended for review, generally in preparation for taking an entrance or board exam. Use Problems and Exercises for more difficult study questions that need to be figured out, or cannot be figured out with a single word or multiple choice selection. Use Programmed Instruction for sequential self-correction texts where you have to have one answer right before going on to the next question
- Exhibitions
- Use for works describing an exhibition. Use the main heading Exhibits with the publication type Catalogs for exhibition catalogs
- Legislation
- Use for text of laws, statutes, ordinances, or government regulations. Do not use for works that are merely discussion of laws
